If you notice cartoon packaging damage/dents:
  • Ask the forwarder to write a note on the delivery document
  • Take a photo of damage / indentation in the packaging
  • Take a photo of the product damage after unpacking
  • Send the complaint (Complaint Form) to the seller within 2 days
  • Do not throw away the packaging, it may be useful for sending back
If you notice factory defects:
  • Make a photo of the product showing the defect
  • Claim (Claim Form) with photos sent to the seller within 2 days
  • Do not throw away the packaging, it may be useful for sending back
